藤原 佳世　（Kayo Fujiwara）

おふぃすドーモ 代表／講師・キャリアコンサルタント

After graduating from university, joined a general construction consulting firm (now Docon Co., Ltd.). Started a professional career as a general office worker in a department responsible for environmental assessments. Later, changed jobs to a full-service advertising agency (Public Center Co., Ltd.) and was seconded as a generalist to a new business entity (C.W.E. Co., Ltd.). Was deeply involved in launching new businesses specializing in children, women, and seniors. Began working as a dispatched instructor for client companies and organizations, and, encouraged by the positive response, became independent by establishing a private office.

Since opening “Office Domo” in 2000, has conducted tiered training programs focused on developing young talent, as well as training designed to support solving organizational issues across a wide range of industries. Has delivered more than 2,000 sessions to date, including trainings, courses, and lectures (78 sessions in 2025 alone). The total number of participants has exceeded 10,000.

Always keeping in mind the principle of “Sanpo Yoshi” (beneficial for all three parties).
